How long does processing & shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once processed, orders are prepared for shipment from Ohio, United States.
Shipping is 3-6 business days! (excluding weekends and holidays)
What characters do you have?
We currently have:

We are currently working on expanding our character selection items!
How can I track my order?
You will receive via email a tracking number along with the shipping provider when your order is shipped out!
We mainly use UPS or USPS for carrier services.

When will my order be shipped?
Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier service.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, cancellation or refund requests without valid reason are not supported.
An order can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
If it is past 3 hours of placing the order, it may not be able to be cancelled, please email us immediately.
If you need to cancel for a special circumstance:
- Email us before the order ships.
- We will review your case and may approve cancellation and refund at our discretion.
Once the parcel has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
When will I see my packing video on TikTok?
Packing videos will be scheduled in a daily post queue!
They are automatically uploaded and posted at
7pm EST on Facebook and 9PM EST on Tiktok.
Once the video is edited we will email you with your scheduled video upload date!
Can I make special requests for mystery backpack?
Absolutely!!
At checkout let us know your item/character specifications in your order notes, We will pack your backpack to your liking!
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
How do I leave special notes for my order?
At checkout in the notes please let us know your age or if it's for an adult/child, fav colors, fav characters & anything you would like to avoid!
