Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the nature of mystery items and curated products:

• All sales are considered final.

• Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or personal preference.
  

• Once an order is placed, cancellation or refund requests without valid reasons are not supported.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of:

• Confirmed lost packages.
  

• A cancellation email before item is shipped.
  

All refund approvals are at our discretion. If you email us before the order is shipped and we'll review your case and may approve cancellation and refund. Once the package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified, if you realize there's an error in your address after placing the order please email us immediately.
