Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once processed, orders are prepared for shipment from Ohio, United States.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier service.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.

LOST ORDER / DELIVERY ISSUES

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange either:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows "Delivered" and the courier has provided proof of delivery, but you claim you did not receive the package, we are unable to provide a refund or reshipment.
